  • We take walk-ins for piercings every day on a first come, first served basis. The list opens daily at noon and we have limited availability of slots open. To ensure we will have time to get you on our list, please arrive earlier in the day. We cannot guarantee walk in availability as it is subject to change throughout the day.

    We cannot hold spots over the phone.

  • Our shop hours are 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Sundays.

  • Our insurance requires that we have a copy of a valid state or a government-issued photo ID for anyone getting pierced, including those under 18. We can accept state IDs, permits, military dependent cards, tribal cards if they have a photo, and passports. These documents are also required for inserting or removing jewelry and downsizing.

    We CANNOT accept school IDs, expired IDs, or birth certificates on their own.

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible. If you’re not able to edit your appointment, call the shop and we will let your artist know. If there is not enough notice given, you may be charged the cancellation fee or forfeit your deposit.
